Before and After Super Heros Old Room

Where do I start with this one. This room was in some desperate need of some love! From the fluffy lavender walls to the blue carpet that screams, “please send me back to the 80s!” Lets not forget the dust storm broken fan, nothing says welcome to our home like a wheezing fit. The nice thing is, those were all pretty easy fixes, but made a big difference.

Here is the Sports Themed After:

I painted the entire house this buttery tan color ( I made that up I don’t remember the real name, but that sounds good to me). After having the whole thing drenched in darkness I felt like it need a light face lift! We dressed the windows in some target draperies we, and topped of the bed with some sports bedding both we already had. In the corner my childhood antique desk is nestled for a little homework space. (Pretty sure zero homework was completed here, but it was the thought that counts). I really kept the budget in line on this room, as I said in my past post here, this was an investment project.

Price Break Down: $500

Light Fixture Free (We knew someone replacing theres)

Carpet $460

Painted Trim $20

Buttery Tan walls $20

Cleaned windows Free

Any good home improvement stories?

Thanks and God Bless
